Rent for your boat and RV storage space is due on the first of each month. We recommend paying early or setting up autopay to avoid late fees.

Use your unique gate code to come get your vehicle any time between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM every day of the week!

You need a space that measures slightly longer and wider than your vehicle - your vehicle cannot hang over into someone else’s space! This also means no one will be hanging over into your space.

Simply come by the facility when we’re open, use your gate code to access the facility, and go to your vehicle. Our facility is easy to navigate, even in an RV!

Different spaces have different features, so be sure you’re renting the right one if you’re looking for something specific. Among the features we offer are:

Our rental agreement functions on a month-to-month period. You can pay for a year in advance to qualify for additional discounts, though!

Nope! We want to help you for exactly as long as you need storage, and not a month more. If you’re happy with your storage experience, though, we can continue to work with you as long as you like.

To rent a vehicle storage space with Big Dog Boat & RV, you’ll need to provide proof of registration, proof of insurance, and a valid, government-issued photo ID - such as a driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport.

Additional ID may be required if you are applying for a special status discount.

Once you’re done renting online, you can move in when you’re ready, as long as it’s during office hours so we can get you set up. Give us a call if you’re not certain!

Propane, because it is combustible, is not permitted to be stored. If propane is necessary for the operation of your vehicle, contact us and we’ll see if we can help.

Please notify us that you’re going to move out as soon as you know. We prefer at least a 10-day notification before you move out.

No, we cannot provide a refund for unused time. If you rent for a month, the parking space is yours for the entire month, even if you don’t use all of your time.
